Irv M. Gross
Irv M. Gross is a seasoned litigator with over 30 years experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in all phases of litigation, including appeals. Mr. Gross has conducted jury and non-jury trials in state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations and mediations. He has represented individuals and major corporations in business, commercial, real estate and employment litigation. In insolvency matters, he has represented bankruptcy trustees, debtors, individual creditors and creditor committees in cases across a number of industries.
Mr. Gross graduated with a B.A. cum laude from UCLA, and received his J.D. from Boalt Hall, University of California. After law school, Mr. Gross clerked for United States District Court Judge Robert Firth. Mr. Gross has served as a Judge Pro Tem (Los Angeles Superior Court).
